Colors will match exactly (due to screen differences)

4. Prices

All prices on sasha.cy are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to:

5. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance.

Your order is accepted only when:

We dispatch the product

6. Payment Methods

6.1. Card Payments (myPOS)

All card payments are securely processed by myPOS. We do not store or have access to card numbers.

6.2. Cash on Delivery (Cyprus only)

Available through: ACS, Akis Express, DHL.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to Cyprus and European Union countries.

7.1. Cyprus Delivery

Handled by ACS, Akis Express, DHL. Delivery times: 1–10 business days.

7.2. EU Delivery

Delivery times: 3–30 business days, depending on the country.

7.3. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or force majeure events.

8. Returns & Refunds

8.1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

You may return unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order.

8.2. Cosmetics Exception

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

8.3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return: the product must be unused, the seal must be intact, and the packaging must be undamaged.

8.4. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers may create an account to track orders. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
