2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

Under EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to return unopened and unused products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

3. Cosmetics Hygiene Exception

For health and safety reasons, and in accordance with EU hygiene regulations, opened, used, or unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.

This includes products where the seal is broken, the packaging is opened, or the product shows signs of use. This rule exists to protect customers and ensure product safety.

4. Conditions for Accepting Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The original seal must be intact
  • The packaging must be undamaged
  • The product must be returned in its original condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Return shipping costs for unopened, unused products returned within the 14-day period are covered by us — you will not be charged for the return. We will provide instructions on how to ship the product back at no cost to you.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged product, a defective product, or the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and your order number.

We will replace the product or issue a refund at no additional cost.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Card payments → refunded via myPOS
  • Cash on delivery → refunded via bank transfer

Refund timeline

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetics
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 14-day period

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return policy applies.
